EVE NeuroSystems LLC ("EVE," "we," "us") operates the EVE Core™ governance control plane at evecore.ai and the EVE AI Core platform at eveaicore.com. This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect information when you visit our websites or use our services.

2. Information We Collect

Marketing Site (evecore.ai)

This site is a static informational website. We do not use cookies, tracking pixels, or analytics scripts on evecore.ai. We do not collect personal information when you browse this site. No account is required.

Platform (eveaicore.com)

When you create an account on our platform, we collect the information you provide (name, email, organization). Usage data (API calls, governance decisions) is processed to deliver the service. Governance decision logs are stored as cryptographically attested audit records.

3. How We Use Information

• To provide, maintain, and improve the EVE Core governance service
• To generate cryptographic attestations and audit trails as part of the service
• To enforce policy compliance for your AI systems (the core product function)
• To communicate with you about your account or service updates
• To comply with legal obligations

4. Data Processing & Governance Decisions

EVE Core processes AI actions submitted through the governance API. Each action is evaluated against your configured policy packs. The governance decision (ALLOWED, BLOCKED, MODIFIED, HELD) and its full reasoning are logged as immutable, hash-chained audit records. These records are your data — they are tenant-isolated and accessible only to your organization.

5. Data Retention

• Governance audit logs: Retained for 7 years (regulatory minimum for financial services) or your configured retention period, whichever is longer
• Account data: Retained while your account is active and for 30 days after deletion
• Marketing site: No data retained (no data collected)

6. Data Security

Governance decisions are signed with HMAC-SHA256 and stored in tamper-evident hash chains. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). Tenant isolation ensures your governance data is never accessible to other organizations. Access to production systems requires multi-factor authentication.

7. Third-Party Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We do not share governance decision data with third parties except: (a) with your explicit consent, (b) to comply with legal process, or (c) with infrastructure providers necessary to operate the service (cloud hosting, database services), who are bound by data processing agreements.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data (subject to legal retention requirements)
• Export your governance audit logs in machine-readable format
• Object to processing or request restriction of processing

9. International Transfers

EVE NeuroSystems LLC is based in the United States. If you access our services from outside the US, your information may be transferred to and processed in the US. We implement appropriate safeguards for international data transfers.
