How EVE Core™ Works

Every proposed AI action passes through a seven-stage pipeline before it is allowed to run. The path is deterministic: the same input always produces the same verdict, and no machine-learning model sits anywhere in the decision path.

• 1. Intercept — the action is captured at the boundary before it reaches any tool, API, or downstream system.
• 2. Classify — intent and stakes are identified (for example, routine vs. safety-critical).
• 3. Enforce — the action is checked against the applicable policy pack and the immutable charter rules.
• 4. CRD Score — confidence-reality divergence is measured to surface hallucination and over-confidence risk.
• 5. Decide — a deterministic disposition is issued: allowed, held for human approval, or blocked.
• 6. Execute — only approved actions are forwarded, wrapped in an audit envelope.
• 7. Prove — a cryptographic, hash-chained attestation is written so any decision can be independently verified later.
